The conveyor belt is designed not to damage the washable materials. The conveyor belt is made of 304 quality stainless steel and has a very high load-bearing capacity. The most important feature of the tapes is the water permeability of more than 85%.

The gearbox is driven by a speed control unit. A specially designed safety clutch is used on the output shaft of the gearbox. This system prevents material from getting stuck in restricted areas, tape scatter and material damage.

PUMPS

Stainless steel centrifugal pumps are used to achieve the required pressure. Flushing pumps for demineralized water are made entirely of stainless steel. The shafts of the pumps will be made of stainless steel. The pumps have a mechanical seal and a suction filter. It is very practical to disassemble and replace for maintenance and replacement of seals.

LEVEL CONTROL

One level sensor will be used for each bath. These sensors, which constantly vibrate, are self-cleaning without binding dirt, sediment and lime.

HEATING SYSTEM

The tanks and the drying oven will be heated by thermoblocks with gas burners.

WASHING BOOTH

Cabin sheets will be made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel.To minimize heat loss, the cabins will be covered with thermal insulation material on all sides. Lechler brand nozzles (German production) will be used.

DRYING OVEN

OVEN BODY:

Oven body outside made from DKP (powder coating). Inside made from galvanized sheet 150 mm. Isolated with mineral wool. Sandwich panels are mounted in the form of locks using high-temperature silicone.

HEATING UNIT and HEAT EXCHANGER:

The heating element is mounted on the side of the oven and is designed for an operating temperature of 100-120 ºC. The thermoblock will be located vertically. Heat exchanger 4-way. Combustion chamber and secondary chamber in 309 or 310 quality stainless steel. Tube bundles are made from normalized seamless boiler tubes of Borusan brand.

The boiler body is isolated with mineral wool 150 mm thick. The dry hot air prepared in the heating block is evenly distributed into the oven by means of adjustable galvanized sheet air ducts.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL and BURNER:

The temperature is controlled by a digital thermostat. The thermostat can be set to the desired temperature and operating range and the burner will automatically operate according to the set temperature. The burners will not work without the fans.

COOLING BOOTH

The pan/pot, the drying process of which is completed and the temperature of which has risen to 80°C, is cooled to 35-40°C before applying the second layer.

There will be 1 suction fan and 1 blower fan in the cooling tunnel.

The inner sheet of the cooling tunnel is galvanized and the outer sheet is made of DCT.

PRIMARY PAINTING BOOTH

The primary painting booth has an automatic or manual camera type depending on the product's composition and quantity. The part first passes through the primer spray chamber, where it is covered by two separate sprayers. It then enters the drying oven and proceeds to the cooling tunnel.

Afterward, it enters the second booth, where the second layer of PTFE is applied with two separate guns. Finally, it enters the third booth, where the final coat is applied using two separate spray guns. The system detects full and empty parts and prevents spraying on empty parts while counting the number of products.

Waste to the atmosphere is minimized because of the water curtains in the cabins. Paint sludge formed in the water is collected in the cabin's sludge system. Painting is done with 3 or 4 guns, and Cobra 2 automatic guns are cleaned quickly. The best paint result is achieved by adjusting the rotation speed of the material in the booth and rotating it at the desired speed.

HOPPER

Pressure tanks are used in automatic spray booths. This is necessary for continuous dyeing of the same quality product.

PAINTING ROBOT

Robots are used in automatic painting booths. This is necessary for continuous dyeing of the same quality product.

AUTOMATIC PAINTING GUN (Cobra 2)

The automatic spray gun is used in automatic painting booths. This is necessary for continuous dyeing of the same quality product.

  • Material: Inner cassette of the furnace, made of AISI-304 stainless steel, has a trapezoidal shape to avoid deformation at high temperatures. Air distribution and collection chambers are made of AISI-304 quality stainless steel sheets. Intermediate sheets are made of galvanized sheets 1-1.5 mm thick, and outer sheets of powder-coated sheets 1.5-2 mm thick. Thanks to this three-layer structure, excellent insulation and durability are achieved.
  • The inner oven cassette will be made using expansion joints to compensate for the elongation that occurs at high temperatures. Special materials are used at the joints to prevent heat transfer to the external structure. The oven has 5 resistances and 5 air circulation systems.
  • There will be a special exhaust system at the inlet and outlet of the oven.
  • Conveyor belts are made with a thickness of 1.5 mm by flattening from a special material of the shafts. The wire belt for the polymerization oven is made of AISI-304 steel.

CARDAN TYPE CONVEYOR LINE

Chain:

The material of the chain is entirely made of high quality steel and has been heat treated.

Rails:

The rails are specially made from 3mm ST 37 sheet steel, painted with electrostatic powder paint. The rails have a through opening at the top.

Frequency inverter:

An inverter that provides speed control on the conveyor and a protective function in case of motor failure, preferably Siemens and Schneider Electric brands.

Drive unit:

The drive unit is caterpillar, provide silent movement of the conveyor line without vibration.

Automatic lubrication unit:

A special lubrication system is provided for this purpose using Festo greases. It allows lubrication of 4 bearings at a time.

MAIN PLC CONTROL PANEL

All painting complex operates from one control panel. An electrical panel with PLC control and a remote connection function will be installed here. PLC brand DELTA. Supports: English, Russian, Turkish languages . Electrical equipment Schneider Electric, Siemens

It will be built in such a way that it can be shipped and driven comfortably and safely and using world class materials.

The Plc panel will have a main hand type switch, a digital thermostat, an emergency stop button, a fault circuit warning light and sound, and warning lights. The panel has lighting, exhaust and fresh air systems. A speed controller for conveyors is available on the board. Electrical diagrams are available on the board.

The plant has an aesthetic and healthy electrical distribution system, cable ducts, etc. with excellent quality.
