Wastewater from operation will be diverted to a balance pool . It will be pumped out of the pool by a pump and pumped to the chemical processing unit The coagulant is dosed into a chemical reaction tank with pH control. Then the dosing of the polyelectrolyte for the flocculation process into wastewater will be carried out. Thus, the growth of small grains and flakes, their sticking together and flocculation will be ensured. In order for the sludge formed after the reaction to settle, the mixer in the reactor will be stopped and will wait until the sludge settles.The transparent phase formed at the top will be discharged when the automatic valve is opened. The post-treatment sludge accumulated at the bottom of the tank will be pumped out to the sludge tank by the sludge pump. From here, it will be pumped to the filter press unit using the filter press feed pump for the sludge dewatering process.
The permeate water from the filter press will be sent to a surge pool and the dewatered sludge will be removed from the plant. Consumption of industrial waste water: 2.5 m3/day.
