We produce box type ovens , continuous conveyor type oves , continuous conveyor type ovens with the two doors. The oven doors can be hinged or sliding.

CURING OVEN – DRYING OVEN

CONTINOUS TYPE AND BOX TYPE OVENS

The oven body consists of sandwich panels inserted into each other. The oven body isolation consists of 150 mm rock wool. Panels are inserted into each other and glued with heat resistant silicone.

The oven inside plating parts and all air channels are made from the galvanized sheet , outside palting parts are made from the powder coated black metal . The exhaust hood is located at the top of the oven. Air channels are located inside the oven for uniform air distribution

Thermoblock :

The thermoblock heating unit can raise the oven temperature to 250ºC. The Thermoblock isolation consists of 150 mm rock wool. Also, circulation fans and heating elements are connected to thermoblock.

Oven and Exhaust Fan Temperature control:

The temperature control of the oven is made by digital thermostat which is regulated by the required temperature and operation mode. Heating units work automatically according to adjustable temperature. Also, the exhaust fan operation is controlled automatically.

Principle of operation:

This oven is designed to heat powder coated materials. The powder coating polymerization temperature is about 180 C (depending on the type of used powder coating ) and at the this temperature forming a film on the metal surface

The temperature in the oven is controlled by the control unit, which receives a signal from the temperature sensor inside the oven. Digital temperature sensor is located on the control unit. At the end of the polymerization process will be heard sound alert and the exhaust fan turns on.

DRYING OVENS

Circulation fan:

Located 2 units direct-coupled with oled and cooling fan.

Isolation :

All walls isolated with 150 mm thick, bottom panel, 100 mm stone wool

Oven body :

The body of the furnace is made of powder-coated steel 1.2 mm, the inner side is galvanized steel sheet 1.2 mm. 150 mm stone wool is used for insulation. Sandwich panels of the oven are attached to each other with high-temperature-resistant silicone.

H eating unit:

The heating unit is mounted to the side wall of the oven and can heat it up to 250 °C. The heat exchanger has 4 connections. The body of the heating block is insulated with 150 mm stone wool.

Dry hot air from the heating block is evenly distributed throughout the oven by adjustable 1.5mm galvanized steel air ductsThe heat exchanger and circulating fans provide heating supply of heated air and its uniform distribution inside the volume of the polymerization furnace. 2 pcs belt drive fans are used for air circulation.

Exhaust fan:

An exhaust fan is installed to release the steam that is generated during the baking process. Its frequency is regulated through the control panel.

Thermoregulation and control of exhaust fans:

You can control the temperature with a digital thermostat through the panel. The thermostat can be adjusted to any temperature and operating range. The burners automatically adjust to the controlled temperature. For the exhaust fan automation is done and you can individually adjust the time of its operation.
