EXIT FILTER GROUP

Exit filters consist of 12 pcs. bag filters that are made of textiles.

The proportion of a micron is 1 micron. The body of the outlet filters is made of black metal 2 mm thick, which is powder coated.

Under the outlet filter there are 2 extraction hoppers in which the powder paint is collected.

Working principle:

Bag filters are installed at the outlet of the fan to transfer the air from the exhaust fan to the room, so the bag filters provide and store very small particles of powder paint in the bag filters. dehumidifies the air balance in the room

Vibrating sieve

The vibrating sieve is intended for screening of powder paint, for the purpose of disposal of the impurity which are contained in paint.

The vibrating sieve is simple and reliable in operation.

Designed for operation at temperatures from -40 C to + 40 C.

Relative air humidity not more than 75%.

Multicolor

This product is used when it is desired to change color veryquickly or to paint very little.
