Plastic Cyclone

Automatic floor cleaning system with compressed air:

Air purge system with PLC Control ; air is directed into a fixed slot located longitudinally in the middle part of the cabin floor. There are 12 solenoid valves on the air tube in the system.

This is done via a touch screen PLC on the panel.

The paint hopper is also made of plastic. Injector tubes on the left and on the right side, the paint will be pulled out of the tank by dropping onto the hopper.

A sieve and vibration motor system is installed under the cyclone for cleaning.

The passing paint is transferred to the powder paint tank by means of an injector.

Screen under cyclone and paint transfer system: conical type with vibration motor.

Under the sieve are 2" bellows valves (pneumatic) for transferring paint.

Production and installation:

The camera locks in place and is suitable for manual paint application on both sides. On both sides there are places for workers-operators who spray paint and lamps that provide full interior lighting.

The cyclone group is entirely made of cold rolled sheets, painted and phosphated on the inside. This is done in order to collect paint. If necessary, the cyclone can be easily cleaned. To transfer the collected paint to the recovery system, a special peristatic transfer pump is located under the cyclone group.

The filtration system uses high-efficiency energy saving exhaust fans and low noise rotarytype cartridge filters. The filter material is an antistatic membrane. it has a high-tech nano coating, which makes it easy to release the powder and easy to clean. The filtration system consists of: rotary vane cleaning device, large cleaning impulse valves, 30 kW motor, high intensity noise absorbing device, waste powder tank, collected powder compression device and filter pressure difference monitoring system.

Filter group:

The lower surface of the group has a conical shape and is sealed from below.

Filters will be used of the nanofiber type. The nanofiber has filter gaps of less than 1 micron.

At the top of the filter group is a suction fan.

Soundproofing:

The fan area is sheathed with soundproof panels. a fiber filter is installed at the fan outlet for air outlet.
