LIQUID PAINTING BOOTH WITH POSITIVE PRESSURE UNIT

POSITIVE PRESSURE UNIT

Positive pressure unit is consists of sandwich panels 500 mm wide. Ceiling and wall panels consist of 1 mm thick galvanized steel and covered with a polymer coating. Panel insulation thickness 50 mm. The lighting is set to better control the painting operation. Ceiling lighting lamps are installed outside the chamber. Top filtration filters for supply air are of the F5 filter type. They are easy to remove and install. There are 8 lamps in the cockpit.

PRESSURE (SUPPLY) HOPPER

The pressurized hopper is used to pump liquid under pressure. The prepared paint is poured into a bucket and the bucket is closed. At a maximum air pressure of 4 bar, the liquid is compressed and transferred to the application area. thus, it leaves the paint soft throughout the spraying process and prevents color change by preventing coagulation. It has a strong pressure resistant steel cover. There is a safe drain system with automatic pressure.

MANIPULATOR ( PLC CONTROL )

The manipulator has PLC control. Speed and height can be adjusted according to the product to be painted. All these settings can be made on the touch screen. The pulley trigger ensures quiet operation without excessive vibration.

The lower and upper stroke and the speed of the manipulator are controlled digitally. Stroke and speed can be controlled on the display during operation. Thus setting the appropriate speed and stroke for the part to be painted. This system provides standard staining.

MULTI-TURN FLASH-OFF TUNNEL

The design of the chamber consists of sandwich panels 500 mm wide. Ceiling and wall panels are made of galvanized steel and coated with a polymer coating.

MULTIPLE OVEN CONVEYOR FOR DRYING LIQUID PAINTING

The oven body consists of sandwich panels inserted into each other. The insulation of the furnace body consists of stone wool, 60 mm thick. The panels are inserted into each other and glued with heat-resistant silicone.

The inner casing of the furnace and all air channels are made of galvanized metal. The external casing of the furnace is made of black metal sheet covered with powder coting . In the upper part of the furnace there is an exhaust cover, inside the furnace there are channels for even distribution of air and adjustable air dampers.

Thermoblock:

The thermoblock is capable of raising the temperature in the furnace up to 110 C. The thermal insulation of the thermoblock consists of 160 mm thick stone wool. Also, circulating fans and heating elements are attached to the body of the thermoblock.

Temperature and Exhaust Fan Control :

The temperature is controlled by a digital thermostat which is adjusted to the desired temperature and operating mode. Heating elements work automatically according to the regulated temperature. And also, the mode of operation of exhaust fans is controlled automatically.

Working principle:

This oven is intended for heating of the detail painted by paint. Paint at a temperature of about 110 ºC (depending on the type of paint used) polymerizes and forming a film on the metal surface. Temperature control in the furnace is carried out by a control unit that receives a signal from a temperature sensor inside the furnace. A digital temperature sensor is installed on the oven control unit. At the end of the polymerization process, an audible signal sounds and the exhaust fan turns on.

FLOOR CONVEYOR SYSTEM

The conveyor works through an impulse activator. The activator motor is controlled. The driving speed can be adjusted. The conveyor stops during painting with automatic guns. After finishing the painting process, the conveyor moves on to the next part. In manual mode, the conveyor can move continuously. During repair and maintenance, the conveyor can move in both directions.

PLC MAIN CONTROL PANEL

The entire painting complex operates from one control panel. An electrical panel with PLC control and a remote connection function will be installed here. PLC brand DELTA. Supports Turkish, Russian, English, Russian and Ukrainian languages. Electrical equipments are Schneider Electric, Siemens
