Powder coating booth have full paint recovery system. Booth made from powder coated metal sheets.

Thanks to the three filters located inside the cabin, the paint particles that are not sprayed onto the part are under low pressure stick to the filter.

The filters are cleaned manually during operation.

The paint that has fallen from the filter is sieved through a sieve located on the hopper, and is again fed into the system with the help of an injector.

Principle of operation:

During powder coating, approximately 70% of the paint is applied to the product, while the rest is drawn out by the fan and deposited on the filters.

The coating that settles on the filters is knocked off by a reverse air blow which controlled by solenoid valves.

After that, it falls on a vibrating sieve, which is located under a group of filters.

And then automatically sieved through a sieve and the paint enters the hopper for paint intake.

Used paint is mixed with fresh paint in the hopper and the paint is fed back to the guns with the help of an injector.The hood fan, the channel between the fan and the outlet filters, and the upper part of the outlet filter group are isolated from noise.

Depending on the performance of the system, the number of operators and the length of the cabin, the cabins can be designed with different numbers of filters:
